1) Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://www.liveyourfinancialdreams.com/ (the “Site”), our online communities and learning environments and any third-party platforms we use (e.g., Skool) (collectively, the “Platform”), and any content, products, services, coaching, events, or programs we provide (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy (at /privacy-policy/). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2) Eligibility & Accounts (18+)

  • You must be 18 years or older to create an account and use the Service.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. Notify hello@liveyourfinancialdreams.com of any unauthorized use.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

3) Programs, Subscriptions & Billing

Some portions of the Service are paid memberships (e.g., Level 1 — Standard, Level 2 — Premium, Level 3 — Freedom Scale) or one-off offers (e.g., strategy calls). Plan features, prices, and terms are shown at checkout.

  • Auto-Renewal: Memberships auto-renew on your selected cadence until canceled.
  • Founders Pricing: Applies to the plan you keep active and in good standing. Cancelling or changing plans may forfeit the rate.
  • Trials/Promos: Terms are disclosed at checkout. If not canceled before a trial ends, billing begins automatically.
  • Taxes: Prices exclude applicable taxes added at checkout.
  • Payment Processing: We use third-party processors (e.g., Skool’s processor); their terms apply in addition to ours.

4) Cancellations, Refunds & Returns, Chargebacks

  • Digital/Service-Based Programs Only: We do not sell physical goods. “Returns” refer to subscription cancellations or service refunds.
  • 7-Day Do-The-Work Guarantee (All Levels): Within 7 calendar days of purchase, if you complete the assigned steps and do not see progress, email hello@liveyourfinancialdreams.com with proof of work (as specified in your onboarding/checklist). We will review and make it right. No refunds after day 7.
  • How to Cancel: Cancel anytime via your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future charges. We do not prorate or refund the current term.
  • Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback instead of using our refund process violates these Terms. We may suspend/terminate access and pursue recovery of amounts and related fees.

5) No Professional Advice

The Service provides education and coaching only. We are not your financial advisor, attorney, accountant, therapist, or medical professional. Nothing here is individualized financial, legal, tax, investment, or medical advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions.

6) Earnings, Results & Testimonials

Any figures or outcomes cited (e.g., “$1,000–$3,000/mo,” “30%+ sales growth,” “clear 1–3 debts in 30 days”) are illustrative, based on member stories or historical cohorts. Results vary. Testimonials describe individual experiences and are not guarantees.

7) Acceptable Use & Community Standards

You agree not to:
a) Violate laws, regulations, or others’ rights;
b) Harass, threaten, defame, or post illegal/objectionable content;
c) Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation;
d) Copy, scrape, spider, harvest, or download content at scale;
e) Bypass or interfere with security/access controls;
f) Upload malware or attempt to disrupt systems;
g) Send unsolicited marketing;
h) Share accounts/credentials;
i) Record, copy, re-publish, redistribute, or rebroadcast members-only content (videos, calls, dashboards, worksheets, calculators, templates, playbooks, community posts) without our prior written consent.

We may remove content and suspend/terminate accounts to protect users and the platform.

8) Intellectual Property; License to Your Content

  • Our IP: The Service and all associated content (software, logos, trademarks, videos, templates, courseware, documentation) are owned by LYFD or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the Service for your internal, non-commercial use while your membership is active.
  • Your Content: If you post or submit content (e.g., profile info, posts, feedback), you grant LYFD a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify, publish, display, and distribute your content solely to operate, improve, and promote the Service and community. You represent you own or control all rights required for such content.

8.1 Anti-Copying / Anti-Piracy (Enhanced)

You agree not to: (i) download/export course libraries or community archives; (ii) remove watermarks/rights-management notices; (iii) train, fine-tune, or prompt AI models on members-only content; (iv) create derivative products, competitive services, or compilations from our materials; or (v) aid or abet others in any of the above. We may use digital watermarks, access throttling, and usage monitoring to deter abuse. We may seek injunctive relief in addition to damages for violations.

8.2 Trademarks & Brand Use

The following are trademarks and/or service marks of AQUA ALLIANCE, LLC d/b/a Live Your Financial Dreams in the United States and other countries: LIVE YOUR FINANCIAL DREAMS™, 22 DAYS TO FINANCIAL FREEDOM™, 22-DAY NUMBER™, and associated logos, taglines, graphics, and trade dress (collectively, the “LYFD Marks”).
You may not use the LYFD Marks—including in domain names, social handles, app names, advertising keywords, meta tags, or product/course titles—without our prior written consent. Nominative fair use is permitted solely to refer to LYFD in a truthful, non-misleading manner and must not imply sponsorship or endorsement. Prohibited uses include registering confusingly similar domains/handles, bidding on LYFD Marks as ad keywords, using the marks in SEO/page titles/product names to suggest affiliation, copying distinctive trade dress, or using our materials to build derivative “systems,” “frameworks,” or “playbooks.”

9) Feedback

If you provide suggestions or feedback, we may use them without restriction or compensation.

The Service may link to or depend on third-party platforms and sites (e.g., Skool). We are not responsible for third-party terms, policies, content, or availability. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms.

11) Privacy

See /privacy-policy/ for how we collect, use, and share information. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices and to receiving electronic communications (you may opt out of non-transactional emails).

We comply with the DMCA (17 U.S.C. §512).

  • Repeat Infringers: Accounts of repeat infringers may be terminated.
  • Notices: Send takedown notices to hello@liveyourfinancialdreams.com including: (1) your physical/electronic signature; (2) identification of the copyrighted work; (3) identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location; (4) contact information; (5) a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized; and (6) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.
  • Counter-Notices: If your content was removed in error, send: (1) your signature; (2) identification of the removed content and its prior location; (3) a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification; and (4) your contact info and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida (West Palm Beach Division) and will accept service of process from the DMCA complainant.

12A) Trademark Complaints

If you believe your trademark rights are infringed on the Service, email hello@liveyourfinancialdreams.com with: (1) your name, company, and contact info; (2) the mark, registration number (if any), and jurisdiction; (3) the exact location of the content; (4) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized; and (5) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act. We may remove or disable content at our discretion and notify the user. Repeat violators may be terminated.

13) Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE.

14) Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LYFD AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO LYFD IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions restrict limitations; where required, limits apply to the maximum extent permitted.

15) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LYFD and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

16) Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class-Action Waiver

Before filing a claim, email hello@liveyourfinancialdreams.com with the subject “Dispute” and details; we will try to resolve within 30 days. Unresolved disputes shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS (or AAA if JAMS is unavailable) under the applicable rules. The seat and venue of arbitration is Palm Beach County, Florida, USA. The language is English.
CLASS ACTION WAIVER: YOU AND LYFD MAY BRING CLAIMS ONLY IN YOUR/ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
Small-Claims Exception: Either party may bring an individual claim in a Florida small-claims court of competent jurisdiction in Palm Beach County, Florida.
Injunctive Relief: Either party may seek temporary or preliminary injunctive relief in state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida to protect intellectual-property or confidentiality rights pending arbitration.

17) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to Section 16 (Arbitration), the exclusive venue for any permitted court action is the state courts in Palm Beach County, Florida or the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida (West Palm Beach Division), and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

18) International Use & Export

You are responsible for compliance with local laws and U.S. export controls/sanctions.

19) Changes to Service or Terms

We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last Updated” date. Material changes will be noticed on the Site or via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

20) Termination

We may suspend/terminate access at any time for any reason, including violations. Sections that by nature should survive (including 4–8 and 11–22) survive termination.

21) Electronic Communications; Notices

You agree to receive communications electronically and agree that electronic notices satisfy legal writing requirements. Legal notices: hello@liveyourfinancialdreams.com.

22) Miscellaneous

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms plus the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement.
  • Assignment: You may not assign; we may assign without restriction.
  • Severability/Waiver: If any provision is unenforceable, it is limited to the minimum necessary; the remainder remains in effect. Failure to enforce is not a waiver.
  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays/failures beyond our reasonable control.

23) Time Limit to Bring Claims

ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS MUST BE FILED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CLAIM ACCRUES. OTHERWISE, THE CLAIM IS PERMANENTLY BARRED. This limit applies to the fullest extent permitted by law and does not apply to LYFD’s claims for injunctive relief or intellectual-property enforcement.

24) Publicity; Testimonials; Likeness

With your consent (which may be given via checkbox, email, or recorded statement), LYFD may use your submitted testimonials, name, initials, likeness, and statements about the Service for marketing in any media, worldwide, without additional compensation, consistent with our Privacy Policy. You may revoke consent prospectively by emailing hello@liveyourfinancialdreams.com; revocation does not require removal of already-published materials.

25) Beta Features; Availability

From time to time we may offer beta, preview, or experimental features. They are provided AS IS, may change or end at any time, and may be subject to additional terms. We do not guarantee continuous availability of any particular feature, event, or program.

26) Order of Precedence

If there is a conflict between these Terms and any plan page, checkout terms, order form, or program-specific terms you accept, the specific checkout/order/program terms control for that purchase; otherwise, these Terms control.

27) No Third-Party Beneficiaries

These Terms are for the sole benefit of you and LYFD. No other person or entity has any rights as a third-party beneficiary.
